 All the employees working in firm or an organisation who always wanted to work with less burden and handsome salaries. Which can be like dream come true now. Because most of the countries taking trial of 4 week criteria.
  As we hearing hot topic which is 4 day week and on to this Aaj Tak Press published an article about this in which written 3 holidays every week, 4 days work, now this country is going to try a new system! 4 Day Week: 4 Day Week Global pilot program manager Joe O'Connor says that the way this pilot run is starting in the UK.  Exactly the same trial will also start in America, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
  
  4 day working week in Britain: There is a good news for the employees working in Britain.  The people who are working here now. A new system is about to start for them.  Under which the arrangement of 4 days work is going to start here. According to Metro UK, this system has started from Monday across the country as a trial initially in the UK. In which initially 30 British companies will participate.  Some companies have just joined.  The project of work in 4 days a week has initially started under pilot arrangement. In which the employees will get full salary.  The employees will not face any deduction.
 Joe O'Connor, pilot program manager for 4 Day Week Global, says that many businesses are focusing on productivity.  Many people are reducing working hours, while salaries are not tampering with. He said that the way this pilot run is starting in Britain. A similar trial will start in America, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand as well. At the same time, the governments of Spain and Scotland started it. Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has also promised this in her election manifesto. This 4 Day Week Global has been started in partnership with Thinktank Autonomy and researchers from Cambridge University, Oxford University and Boston College.  For this, a 4 Day Week UK Campaign website has also been created. Earlier in the UAE, the working week has started for four and a half days. Microsoft has done this trial, although Canon is involved in this pilot project, while researchers will also try to know during this time what is the impact of this decision on productivity?  However, in many researches, it has come to the fore that working for 4 days increases productivity.
 According to the report of Metro UK, Microsoft has already conducted the trial of 4 Day Week in Japan.  Due to which their productivity increased by 40 percent.
 We can hope for this trial in our country very soon. It will be wonderful news for the employees & firms/organisations as well because if work load reduces then the performance will be enhance definitely. So now we need to wait for this trial in India. As such the other countries have done this trial and now as per reports and given documents/informations it had been successful pattern to work because its definitely change the capacity of work of the employees. Then for that companies also got wonderful results from this trial.
